6. Meet up is only available for bulky items or get above 2 items for non-bulky items.
7. Sending by post is a MUST if buyer only purchase 1 item for non-bulky item.

Payment & Item Receiving Methods

1. Payment can be done through POSB Savings transfer.

2. Meet up is possible for bulky items ( For non-bulky items, meet up can only be done for purchase of 2 non-bulky items and above)

3. Meet up places: AMK, Bishan, Yio Chu Kang

4. Buyer can choose between Normal Post or Registered Post. (Seller will not be liable for lost items for items sent by normal postage.)

5. Buyer is to bear postage charges.

6. Normal postage fee for non-bulky items at 1 dollar (unless Free Normal Postage is stated at the item description)

7. Refund will not be entertained once item is sold
